Dance Program

This program is perfect for… Review the course structure below. In order to register please book a 1:1 with Nina.

  • We’ll get to know each other and begin with self exploration to get clear on your goals with questions like:

    • What’re your short term and long term goals?

    • What are your core values?

    • What are you doing now to accomplish them?

    • How do you see your future looking?

  • In the second month we’ll dive into areas like:

    • Best ways to network

    • Important things when going to an audition, competition, etc

    • How to utilize your network

    • How to stand out

    • Choose an audition to go to for real or practice

  • In our third and final month we’ll focus on putting skills into action and getting real world experience:

    • Pick 4 people you want to talk to

    • Connect with them and practice networking

    • Audition practice either real or with me

    • Reach out on linked in

    • Interview practice

This program is perfect for anyone who wants to see improvement in their physical activity, see decreased risk of injury, start their morning off in a calm prepared way, and increase flexibility.
